Tim's practical business and real estate background is extensive. Tim is a graduate from The University Of Western Ontario in business and economics. He is the ex-president of the real estate board for West Vancouver. Tim was entrusted with 18 million dollars worth of real estate from the West Vancouver School Board. Tim managed the largest real estate office on the North Shore for 5 years.
Georgia brings a fresh new marketing approach to real estate. Georgia graduated from U.Vic with a bachelor of arts, spending one of those years at McGill University in Montreal. After a year of skiing she decided she wanted to persue the field of Marketing. She spent two years at B.C.I.T’.s Marketing Management program. She was hired by Keg’s head office after implementing a marketing program for them as part of her studies. . She t hen marketed for such companies as Xerox, Hiram Walker and Sons, Coast Hotels, Delta Hotels, B.C. Chicken Marketing Board.
She started her own marketing company and worked closely with the Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Food’s “Buy B.C. Program” Creating and implementing many successful programs promoting the use and loyalty to B.C. made and grown products. She worked with Tim in a marketing/advertising capacity during Tim’s career in Real Estate. Georgia now sells Real Estate in Victoria and loves it.
